TUESDAY MORNING WRITING-EXCITING NEWS!

Mark your calenders for September 29, 2010

A new blog is being created for Tuesday Morning Writing!

In the summer of 2009, I discovered the world of blogging and writing workshops. This is where I met Gaelikaa. She and I belonged to the same writing group, TMAST. Unfortunately, it was put on hiatus due to personal circumstances. After a few discussions, we decided to start "Tuesday Morning Writing".

Each week, pictures with a sentence to point in a direction, should it want to be used, was being posted, first on my site, A Creative Writer In Progress, then the next week on Gaelikaa's site, Write Away. As time went by, we wanted more, a permanent spot to post the pictures so people wouldn't have to try to remember which of us were hosting the current pictures. It seemed the Tuesday Morning Writing focus was getting lost in our other writings. Plus, we gained a new writing member, Lisa, Story Building One Line At A Time. Our combined enthusiasm has prompted us to create a website, specifically geared toward helping others practice writing, information in how to write, where to publish, if you will, an online workshop.

The intent is to have each of us rotate contributing to the site. A different one of us, each week, will be posting pictures, helpful websites, personal thoughts on how we worked through writer's block, how we come up with our inspirations and just thoughts about our personal journey. Hopefully, the different interests and experiences will encourage and help other writers.

SO, NEXT WEEK, September 29th, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FIND THE TMW PICTURES at the  A Creative Writers' Workshop  .

Gaelikaa, Lisa and I hope this will encourage others to join us for Tuesday Morning Writings!

IN THE MEANTIME, REMEMBER YOU CAN PULL THE PICTURES TO WRITE ABOUT THAT WILL BE LINKED ON 09/28/10 AT STORY BUILDING ONE LINE AT A TIME!

Judy, I've written an introductory post to the new blog on Write Away and linked to you. It is scheduled to go up tomorrow midday Indian Standard Time.
