It surprises me that Phillip Morris didn't make it across the pond. It was very popular with our troops in WWII.
I had forgotten about the Polar Bear and Coke ad. Kind of fun listening to those old jingles. I do believe the Jello one is now the Minnesota State anthem. Jello is a favorite little lunch item in my home state.
Being in India, I too hadn't come across any of these. The only American cigarettes that sold were Camels which were smuggled in. We of course have Marlborough now.
I love the Coke van with all those great lights, so very Christmassy :)
